EPE Foam Protective Packaging Rolls

Description

EPE Foam (expanded polyethylene) products are produced using low density Polyethylene resins with HCFC & CFC free gases. Along with being a lightweight material, EPE Foam is also non-abrasive and chemically inert, water resistant and environmentally 100% recyclable. EPE Foam’s soft texture makes it the ideal packaging solution for highly polished surfaces as well as providing cushioning against shock for fragile items.

Thickness

• EPE Foam comes in a variety of thickness giving customers a greater choice for their packaging requirements
• 1mm - 12mm

Width

Width sizes can vary with the standard being 1200mm.

Lengths

Depending on the thickness of the EPE required, rolls can be supplied in various lengths from 50m to 500m

Customise

• Foam wrap can be SLIT and/or PERFERATED to specified sizes.
• Foam wrap can be fused with other materials such as bubble, paper, foil, woven, mpet, adhesives, etc
